We’re a small boutique management firm that hasn’t lost sight of the personal touch. Over our 30-year history we have grown with the community but we don’t spread ourselves thin across the GTA. Being true to our roots we are an Oakville-centric based Property Management company which started out managing a hand full of rental properties, then fully stepping into and meeting the demand of corporately relocated residents and then embracing the dramatic increase of new real estate investors over the last 20 years.
We also service the surrounding communities in so far as our field of reach and connection to local trades and professionals allow. Our clients come to us because they realize that they may not be able to self-manage the property and tenant as effectively as they would like, due to lack of time, desire or know-how, but protecting and growing their investment is of primary concern. Often, they may just want a hands-off approach to their investment but also value having the input and guidance of a professional in the Landlord and Tenant field.
